In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 30 days for a 100% refund (excluding shipping charges - both ways).

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in an unused condition as how we shipped them. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned (not shipping charges). reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on all closeout items and items listed with an * (asterisk), i.e. items not normally stocked. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.

Please Note: Returned Wholesale orders may attract a 15% restocking fee.

Before returning any merchandise, a return authorization number must be obtained from customer service by emailing Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of authorization date and defective items must be clearly marked as to nature of defect. Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only, and we reserve the right to determine whether or not merchandise is to be repaired or replaced. Merchandise will not be replaced if customer abuse is evident. The Customer is responsible for ALL freight charges on all returned items. Free Shipping assumes you keep the balls or replace the balls. If the order results in no purchase the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Shipping Discrepancies

If shipment is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given. must be notified within 5 business days. You must keep all original packaging for claims to be approved.
